Phil Foden’s four-year-old son, Ronnie, ‘signs with a top modelling agency’
Phil Foden’s four-year-old son Ronnie has signed a modelling contract after becoming a rising star on social media, where he has amassed more than three million followers on Instagram.
Ronnie has enjoyed a growing social media following since joining in on Manchester City’s celebrations after the club won the treble last season, culminating in their Champions League success in Turkey.
Foden is delighted to see the eldest spending time with his City teammates, who regularly interact with the younger one around the club and after matches.
His Instagram account, run by his parents, is booming with almost four million followers and he has now signed a modelling contract with a talent agency, as The Sun reports.
Ronnie has developed a thriving relationship with City fans, who have nicknamed him “The Dude” and “El Wey” after his easy-going ways as the club celebrated becoming European champions.
After beating Inter in last season’s final, Ronnie was taken onto the pitch by his father to join the celebration as the pair posed for pictures with Philand’s partner, Rebecca Cooke.
He was also seen laughing with goal-scoring sensation Erling Haaland on the pitch and they took a selfie together in the dressing room.
Further celebrations followed when he rode on his father’s shoulders as the City stars serenaded his winning goal by singing Rodrigues’ On Fire to the tune of Gala’s 90s hit Freed From Desire.
A deal has now been struck with Propel Talent Group to promote the young player and associated brands.
The group claims to manage the careers of some of the UK’s most in-demand talent amid the rise of online influencers and viral stars.
Ronnie has previously endorsed various fashion brands, with the young player posing for Flannels Junior in a recent photoshoot.
